As the original owner of a 10 inch f/6 Custom Delux (1972) I sold it just 4 years ago. It was in better than average shape and I sold it for $1500. The new owner is offering it as a rare collectors dream at $4800.
Seems to me the new owner either knows much more about the value of Cave scopes than me, or he's offering the scope at an unreasonable price. The 10" scope has all the typical problems of inadequte mount that has been frequently commented on. Opinions??
